Capt. Jack Day Trip - Depart from the Senior Center on our chartered luxury coach to Foxwoods at 7 am on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 for just $60 pp. Your package includes: Time at the Casino ($28.95 Bonus), Dinner at Capt. Jacks (Choice of Lobster or Prime Rib), drivers tip, and return around 6:30 pm.
Island Beach Getaway Day Trip - Depart from the Senior Center on our chartered luxury coach to the Aqua Turf Club in Connecticut at 8:30 am on Tuesday, Aug 11, 2009 for just $67 pp. Your package includes: a delicious luncheon (Melon, Mixed greens, stuffed shells, sesame chicken, pork, fried rice, veggies, rolls & butter, coconut ice cream w/hot fudge and beverage) and a great island music and dance review, drivers tip, and return around 5:30 pm.
Casablanca By The Sea Day Trip (Portland, Maine)- Depart from the Senior Center on our chartered luxury coach at 8 am on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 for just $60 pp. Your package includes: A delicious luncheon buffet(over 100 items) at the Dunstan School House, a 90 minute cruise onboard the Bay View Lady, shopping and browsing at Portland’s newly renovated Old Port, drivers tip, and return around 7 pm.
Travel Guidelines: A deposit of $15 is mandatory to hold your reservation for our day trips, $50 for overnight trips. All trips must be paid in full a month prior to the trip unless otherwise noted. You may reserve your place on weekdays at the Senior Center. Please make checks payable to “Town of Bellingham”, and turn in at the front desk with sign-up slip in trip envelope. All trips will leave from the Center at 40 Blackstone Street, Bellingham, MA at the posted time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before that time. Return times are approximate.
***Please park as far from the Center as possible to leave closer parking spaces free for regular Center attendees. Most charter daytrips require a minimum of 40 people. If a trip is cancelled because not enough people sign up, payments will be refunded.
If cancellations are received after the deadline and no insurance or waiver was purchased, it is the responsibility of the traveler to dispose of their place on the trip. If you require personal assistance throughout the trip, you must arrange for a companion to accompany you. Travel preference is given to Bellingham residents during the first week of sign up, then open to all seniors, family members, and others.
The File of Life medical forms (or other emergency info card) will be required for each person going on our trips. You may pick them up at the Senior Center Office at no charge. These must be shown before you board the bus.
