RE: Public Disclosure – FY2010 Real Estate Values
FOR IMMEDIATE PUBLICATION:
The Bellingham Board of Assessors has completed its review of all property classes in conjunction with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue triennial recertification of property values.
A listing of the Fiscal 2010 values will be available for public inspection on November 6, 2009 through November 13, 2009 at the Town Hall Assessors Office as well as the Bellingham Public Library. Please note that these values are proposed values and have not received final approval from the Department of Revenue.
Taxpayers with questions regarding their assessment may contact the Bellingham Assessors Office at 508-657-2862 or email the assessors at assessors@bellinghamma.org. The Assessors Office is open to the public Monday, 8:30AM to 7 PM; Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM; and Friday, 8:30AM to 1PM.
